Error running Appointo App

Hi,

I am getting an error running the Appointo application whenever I try to do a checkout.

Translator does not implement Symfony\Component\Translation\TranslatorInterface and Symfony\Component\Translation\TranslatorBagInterface. Carbon\Translator has been given. (View: /home/deblakes/public_html/braidedbyj/resources/views/front/checkout_page.blade.php)

What does mean?

I thought it was to do with my PHP verison but I am running PHP 7.3.

Any ideas?
