We have premade stars like gold , silver and red in our HR. If someone performs well we give gold star and bad performance is red star. Each star holds monetary value. Gold will add RS 500 extra and Red will deduct RS 100 from salary.
How can we achieve something to show employees performance on their dashboard on weekly or monthly based with their mistakes and rewards.
