This feature works this way: if one is recalled to return to work before finishing his leave lets say one is needed to return to work to address an emergency, he/she is bale to navigate back to the system and return the days he/she didst finish while on leave. same case with when one stays at home past the day of returning to work. there should be a feature under rejoin to deduct days spent
