I'm considering buying worksuite, but I'm not convinced yet.
I noticed that a workflow management module is missing, which is essential for a CRM.
Having the ability to automatically activate emails, tasks, field updates, etc., without coding, would be a very important plus.
Are you going to implement this feature?
