Resource Planning is an important part of HRM to plan all resources for various projects. Different plans like daily / weekly / monthly will give full visibility to management for adding / removing resources from project / organization.

Resource planning is a process for allocating and managing resources (manpower) and making a visual representation of Short-term / Long-term forecast. Thruough it, we can able to get which resource (i.e. employee) is allocated to which perticular task and know that resources are over-budgetted or under-budgetted and based on this management can take a necessary action.
