Upload excel files can we viewed online without downloading

Hi,
Like OneDrive or Google sheets. An excel file is opened in the browser, edit and it saved automatically.
Once we upload a document in file section. Every time the file is download to view it. Then edit the file and upload back and remove old.

Any way to optimise the whole process
