Hi everyone,
I'm currently using Worksuite and I've run into an issue under Leave Management. When an employee with a total of 20 leave days is granted a 5-day leave, the system sometimes deducts it as 4.5, leaving a confusing decimal like 19.5 or 15.5 as the remaining leave balance.
This raises two concerns:
Why does Worksuite deduct leave in decimal fractions even when full-day leave is applied?
Can the leave approval manager (supervisor or admin) view the employee's total leave quota before approving or rejecting the leave? If so, where exactly can this be accessed?
