Update and Tickets

I can't Update the app using either Auto or Manual. The webpage just stuck at the same screen indefinitely.

I can't register an account to submit a ticket. The registration page at https://froiden.freshdesk.com/support/signup
kept saying 'Captcha verification failed, try again!' even I click on the 'I am not a robot'

Help!!
