I want to share the new design we are working on for the worksuite.

This Looks great. However, I will suggest bulk action features for lead management. Also filters and Right side checkboxes to select multiple contacts and take bulk action. Just like Zoho CRM. This will really help in managing multiple contacts quicker.

This looks awesome. Much better than the current UI design. Looks cleaner and less cluttered. Any ETA? I am assuming it will be fully responsive.

gthomas It will take 1-2 months. We want to make the user experience smooth so will give proper time to this.

Amazing work team! Colours and buttons all look a lot cleaner and user friendly. Can't wait to see some of the new dashboards updated in the worksuite saas platform as well 🙂

It's looking very good and easy, much better. I love it and can't wait to have it.

Note: I found that if we add "back" icon on top left corner of each tab, will be great and will save time.
also, regarding the clock in timer and task timer, I prefer to be shown all the time not only on dashboard.

I think it would be better if the "work" tab comes in after "dashboard" in the sidebar. This is the most used functionality for normal employees.
that profile photo and its settings on the upper left would be better if its on the upper right, just like on most of the websites like google and even this site. its more user adaptability would be faster because of familiarity of designs.
the logo company logo on the upper left was fine, i hope you dont change it on this redesign.
(not a ui design) on the inputting leads, it would be better if all the fields are not required. leads means unsure if they are a client or not. so its fine with incomplete details.
(not a ui design) i think you can combine messages and notices. admins who message who will message will just mass send messages to the employees/clients.
(not a ui design) i hope you can select a currency on products. in some countries, there is a local currency and the currency they are selling is different.
(not a ui design) on attendance clock-in clock-out, there is an issue if your working hours is in the middle of am/pm time. (e.x. 8pm to 4am). unfortunately, worksuite doesnt carry over the time to the other day.

That's looking pretty design.
Also, there is something very important is RTL that is necessary for some languages.
So, I think you need to consider in this regard.
