@ajay-froiden @abhinav-froiden I have a list of some suggestions you guys maybe could implement (when working on the new react UI) as of now I do not use the Worksuite because I wait for the new design and miss some features I need to fully need the system and leave my old one. Herby the list I would love to have: Make it so admin users can check tasks changes before it is visible to the client (so when the employee makes a change the admin get to see a list of the changes before the client can see it) Make it so it is easy to have a subscription added to an invoice now it is not easy as you have to make a product on a 3rd party payment provider best to have that all in worksuite. (also Mollie is not included in the normal version of Worksuite why is that?) Make other payment options available, Mollie & Stripe have a lot of payment options make all of them available so the client can choose the option he likes the most Make the "products" tab look more like a shop/e-commerce shop so clients can easily buy extra products of you. Integrate discord for internal communication (voice chatting / video chatting/notifications) between admin & employees) (iFrame of the discord web view would be enough maybe) Integration for GitHub would be nice to have Add VAT number to invoices The price format needs to change from 1,000.00 to 1.000,00 (as that is different per area) The PDF invoices look very old and have not so nice colors, make it so we can create our own templates or update the old ones. (same for estimations) Create a new "freelancer" account type, that can create there own estimations & invoices that will go to the admin and are connected to the project/client as expenses (but make it so the client will not see that) Make it so that clients only see the price they pay for the milestone/project, not the hours spent on the project (also only the client & admin can see it so others like an employee will only see the hours spent, and if you like to add the "freelancer" option let them see there own estimated price for the project. Add a file system where you can see all files (the admin can see all files, users can only see there own files) and delete them when not needed Calendar needs to be connected to Google or Outlook and needs to sync Calendar need to have the option to connect with MS teams or Zoom to create new meetings with clients Clients can request a new meeting with (selected) employees or admins on available spots on the agenda. Kanban view changes so it is more like Trello (customize it how you like with own lists and labels) Add automatic reminders for meetings, events, incomplete tasks, unpaid invoices, due dates. The emails that are being sent by the platform are not visible in the settings would be nice to have them all in one list and edit them (text & HTML) Send emails automatically when: New invoice or estimate is generated, 7 days before an invoice is due, and every day after the invoice is due. Also maybe fun to give the option for a discount if you pay the invoice on time (so clients will pay on time) Make it so invoices, expenses, and credit invoices can be exported (per month / per quarter) very easily so it can be handed to the accountant for the tax return Have a button under the client info where you can resend his login credentials Overall it would be nice if you guys can do some R&D on similar systems, I would strongly suggest not using the old worksuite but create it form scratch as some parts seem to work but do not have all the options or settings you would like to have for that feature. I think @HBArif gave a lot of suggestions on that. Just take the best parts of those platforms and try to fit it in 🙂 I took a long time writing this feedback hope you guys find it valuable (wish it would all be created in the new version so I can fully use it 😉

It would be nice to have the project cost billed at flat rate as well. I'm using SAAS version and my customer base will use as primary a flat rate for projects. It is impossible to invoice a project in such case as it is only by hourly rate. my suggestion is that in project settings we could add the option to select if the system will be using "flat rate", "hourly rate" or both for project billing.

Hello, Great UI/UX design, may I know if you can add the Email System like this? of course with API integration to SMTP 3rd party. It's really important that you have this email system to send emails to your team and clients aside from using the chat. One more thing Sir, I think it will be much better if every client has its own file folder (local or amazon s3). You should add a File Storage like Google Drive to save important files and later we can download them. I saw an admin template that has all these features, almost the same as you are working on now. Please check all these attached video files to see all the great features that the worksuite saas should have (I sent it through email) can't upload videos here.

A dedicated File Manager for the Team is also important.

Workflow Automation

There should be some kind of automation or logic to be implemented on project workflows. When a task moves from Start to In progress, the assignee should be changed from A to B. These kinds of automation should be there.
Also, add one more custom field of type User Picker.

Pictures and links in estimates! It's very important when you do wedding estimate for future bride. Also maybe pop up windows.
When you enter products and there are check marks, it would be great if I mark necessary products and push button 'create estimate'.. and voila new estimate created!

Add new way for submit "Time logs", current way is start time & end time, I hope to add an option to submit time logs with 2 fields, Hours : Minutes
add an option in admin settings, to pending all time logs exceeds specific duration, for example: In settings the admin set 8 hours per day as a maximum, when the employee submit 10 hours, the script will record 8 hours and set 2 hours as pending & need to approve from supervisor or admin.
Ability to choose any field is required? I notice some fields is required like "Task *" field in Time log, I want to make it non required or optional.
On top bar, specifically in ( + ) button, add an option to record a time log, it will be faster than go to side menu and click on time logs tab.
Add "Departments" feature, and can add Manager, Supervisor and normal members inside this department, and any manager or supervisor can't see anything about other departments. e.g. Manager of sales department can't see anything about projects of Legal department or its members or tasks.

Suggestions:

They could put a task or project rate, in addition to the employee’s hourly rate, nowadays very little is paid per hour, it is paid for objectives.
A human resources module to view earnings or commissions earned by employees (per hour, per task or project)
Add the LEADS view and projects with kanban.
Add the possibility of creating html contact forms to automatically capture leads from a web page, inserting the html code and uploading them to the crm automatically.
Add in the invoices and stomata, the discount option in each product and not in the total. (Sometimes there are different discounts for items)
Send emails automatically when: New invoice or estimate is generated, 5 days before an invoice is due, and every day after the invoice is due.
Integrate with the bulk mail api (mailrealy.com or mailchimp.com)
Possibility of connecting with Google Calendar.
Add automatic reminders for meetings, events, incomplete tasks, unpaid, due dates, etc, etc, etc.
Limit storage space per customer.
